What we do
The Association Equal Access is a nationwide non-profit organization working to ensure equal access to employment, education, and communities. For more than 27 years, we have collaborated closely with companies, foundations, public institutions, and civil society. Through projects, consultancy, knowledge production, and volunteer engagement, we turn diversity into a resource and a driving force for an inclusive labor market, education system, and society.
Partnerships with the business sector
Our members are companies and organizations that are part of an engaged network working toward an inclusive and diverse society. We collaborate with businesses, provide guidance on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and help companies attract, retain, and develop diverse talent.
Projekter & frivillighed
We believe that diversity creates room for new thinking, and that people, at their core, want to help one another. That’s why many of our initiatives are built on volunteerism and strong networks that make a positive difference every day. With social responsibility as our driving force, we work toward an open labor market and a more inclusive society.
We have expertise in volunteer-based mentoring programs and develop foundation-funded projects that address current societal challenges.
Viden & inspiration
We produce knowledge, analyses, and tools that can be translated into concrete action in both businesses and society in general.
Diversity Charter
We manage Diversity Charter Denmark. As Denmark's official national diversity charter, recognized by the European Commission, Diversity Charter Denmark provides companies with knowledge on DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), access to the latest developments in the field within the EU, and networking meetings for signatories in Denmark.

Equal access to the job market?
Mohammed has to send 50% more job applications than Martin. Samira, who wears a headscarf, has to send 60% more. The numbers speak for themselves: access to the labor market is not equal for everyone.
