A City of Talents
A City of Talents is a free development program for workplaces in Copenhagen that wish to strengthen their work with inclusion and diversity.
The program offers workplaces to build knowledge and develop concrete initiatives to attract and retain a broader talent pool, with a particular focus on ethnic minority talents.
Participating workplaces gain access to:
- A knowledge seminar
- A tailored development workshop
- Online peer-network
- A digital knowledge bank with guides, checklists and podcasts
At the knowledge seminar, participants will gain insights into:
- The importance of inclusion and diversity for growth and wellbeing
- Addressing unconscious bias and structural barriers in recruitment
- Ensuring transparency in career development
- Preventing diversity washing and building an understanding of minority stress
The knowledge seminar takes place on February 3 and August 27, 2026. 3. februar og den 27. august 2026.
For the development workshop, you can choose one of three themes:
- Recruitment – how to attract talent more broadly and fairly – hvordan tiltrækker I bredere og mere retfærdigt
- Career development – how to ensure equal access to development opportunities – hvordan skaber I lige adgang til udviklingsmuligheder
- Wellbeing and retention – how to create inclusive work environments – hvordan skaber I inkluderende arbejdsmiljøer
