The guide provides insight into how applications and competencies are often interpreted in a Danish context, and offers concrete perspectives on how to navigate recruitment processes and present one’s competencies more clearly. The guide has been developed as part of the project Successful Labor Market Integration of Highly Skilled Migrants (SLIM), funded by Fonden Københavns Sprogcenter.
