One of our core initiatives is building bridges to the labor market through mentorship.

We have collaborated with companies such as Novo Nordisk, IBM og Ørsted, where employees engage as mentors for individuals who face barriers to employment and education. 

The mentorship initiatives are developed and quality-assured by Foreningen Lige Adgang, and we offer, among other things:

  • Collaborations with municipalities and educational institutions (FGU and others) about mentorship programs for young people
